What I Treat

Common. Not normal.
And very treatable.

These symptoms are talked about like they're just part of having a baby. They're not. Pelvic floor physical therapy has a strong evidence base for every one of them.

Simple. Personal. Effective.

Tell me what's going on
Text or call (512) 436-3044. A lot of my clients just reach out with a quick question first — that's completely fine. Free 15-minute discovery calls available any time.
02
I come to you
Your first appointment is 90 minutes in your home. No commute, no waiting room, no childcare to arrange. The place where you live is exactly the right place to do this work.
03
A Real Plan, Not a Printout
You leave your first session with a clear understanding of what's happening in your body and a personalized plan — not a generic handout and a "see you in two weeks."

You finally get someone's complete attention.

In a clinic, you share your PT with a full schedule. Here, the hour is yours — no aides, no rushing, no generic handouts. Just skilled, focused care in the place where your real life happens.

  • Your plan, not your insurer's
No visit caps, no pre-authorization, no being told you're "done" after six sessions. We go until you're actually better.
  • Bring the baby. Stay in your pajamas.
Your newborn doesn't need a sitter and you don't need to get dressed. Your home is exactly the right place for this work.
  • Every minute is one-on-one
Every session is with me — Maddy — not a tech, not whoever's available. You're not sharing the hour with anyone.
  • Your insurance may still help
I provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients recoup a meaningful portion — call your insurer and ask about your OON benefits before your first visit.

Pelvic rehab is standard care after birth across Europe — and it should be standard for every woman experiencing pelvic floor issues, no matter when they started. You deserve that care too.

FAQ

Questions I get all the time.

Do I need a referral or a doctor's order?
Not to get started. In Texas, you can see a physical therapist directly — no physician referral needed for your initial evaluation and the first 30 days of treatment. If we continue beyond that, I'll need an order from a referring provider, and I can help coordinate that when the time comes. If you plan to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, your insurer may also ask for a diagnosis code — we'll handle that together.
Will my insurance cover any of this?
I don't bill insurance directly, but I provide a detailed superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion — it's worth a 5-minute call to your insurer to ask about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits before your first visit. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at time of service.
What actually happens at the first appointment?
Your first visit is 90 minutes in your home. We start with a full conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals — nothing is rushed. Then I do a hands-on assessment of your pelvic floor, core, posture, and movement patterns. Internal examination is offered but always optional and never required. You leave with a clear explanation of what's going on in your body and a personalized plan — not a generic printout.
I'm postpartum — or years past it. Is pelvic floor PT still for me?
Absolutely. If you're early postpartum, we can start gentle work right away — breathing, core reconnection, scar tissue management — with internal work typically beginning after your 6-week clearance. But pelvic floor issues don't expire. Whether your youngest is 6 months or 16 years old, if you're dealing with leaking, pain, pressure, or things that just don't feel right, it's never too late. Many of my clients are women who finally have the bandwidth to focus on themselves after years of putting their own health last.
What if my baby needs attention during the session?
Feed them, soothe them, hold them — we work around it. This is one of the biggest advantages of in-home care. Your baby doesn't need to be anywhere else, and neither do you. Sessions are designed to be flexible because I know what real life looks like for moms.
How many sessions will I need?
It genuinely depends on what's going on. Many of my clients see meaningful improvement in 4–6 sessions. Some conditions resolve faster, some take longer. I'll give you an honest estimate at your first visit based on your specific presentation — not a number designed to fill my schedule.
